This collection softly blends one pattern with another to effortlessly create different looks in the same room. Imagined by design duo of Raw Edges, Yael Mer and Shay Alkalay, to seem as if it was made out of rolls of colourful patterns that rest on the raw tiles, Tape produces various style combinations. The design comprises a base tile with a slight, chalky effect pattern and a range of eight patterns on a matte surface.

PRE-AUDITION PROGRAMME
The Pre-Audition Programme allows talents to have a firsthand experience of the Feruni workspace before they participate in the Talent Audition Programme. This session also helps talents to determine if Feruni is where they would like to kick-start their new career or to bring their career to new heights. During the Pre-Audition, candidates will embark on the Discover Feruni Tour and an introductory meeting with the hiring manager.

The Talent Audition Programme is an in-depth evaluation of each talent's competency for their intended roles within the organisation. Talents are required to fill in the Happiness Passport before they proceed to two main parts of the Talent Audition Programme: Culture Assessment and Technical Assessment, where each takes up to 55 minutes. Talents will be informed beforehand to prepare themselves accordingly.

The Talent Performance injects an element of fun and creativity into our Talent Audition process.
Talent Performance allows talents to showcase their hidden talents and gives them a chance to go the extra mile to leave a lasting impression.
Talents are required to demonstrate their talent to a panel of Talent Agents with judges. There are no restriction to the type of performance and talents can choose any act to best reflect their talents. They will be judged on the following criteria:
