Imagined by design duo of Raw Edges, Yael Mer and Shay Alkalay, to seem as if it was made out of rolls of colourful patterns that rest on the raw tiles, Tape produces various style combinations. The design comprises a base tile with a slight, chalky effect pattern and a range of eight patterns on a matte surface.

Feruni Collaborates with Developer from the Southern Region

The Synergistic Collaboration is proud to welcome new developer partners from the Southern region to the program, which aims to offer added value and more rewards to property buyers. The developers to embark on the Synergistic Collaboration are Handal Group and Horizon Hills Development Sdn Bhd (Iskandar Puteri).
Under the Synergistic Collaboration, Handal Group will offer buyers of its BJB Heights Residences attractive discounts for each of its 80 units of two-storey bungalows in Melaka. At the same time, the joint-venture project between UEM Sunrise and Gamuda Land named Horizon Hills in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor.
Both of these developments will feature premium surfaces by Feruni tiles. The participation of these developers in the Synergistic Collaboration is officiated through a signing ceremony with Feruni.
