By participating in the Feruni Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd. has the full rights and sole discretion, without prior notice, to terminate, cancel, suspend or to modify the program or the terms and conditions related and stated below. 

 

The Feruni Referral program allows you to refer people you know to visit our Feruni Retail Store. You may earn cash rewards when person(s) you referred have successfully complete a purchase in regards to the products of Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd. with the minimum purchase stated.

 

You may be a:

1. Referrer: If you are inviting others to visit/purchase at Feruni Retail Store

2. Referee: If you are the recipient of an invitation to visit Feruni Retail Store.

Eligibility

Both referrers and referees will be eligible to earn a reward when the referee satisfies all of the following conditions:

​

• All participants in Feruni Referral Program should not be able to participate in Feruni Partners or any other Feruni’s rewards based program.

• Participant must provide complete, accurate and valid details when registering for participation of Feruni Referral Program online www.feruni.com/referral

• Referrer can refer more than five (5) referees at the point of registration through Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd.’s website. If you have more than five (5) referees, you will be required to re-register again through the website (link above). 

• All purchases of Feruni products must be delivered to a single address and single household in a single transaction only.

• Referee must provide proof of the Referral by either showing the email notification that has been sent to the referrer for identification purposes or the screenshot of the email notification.

• Referee must have a minimum purchase of RM3,000 in a Sales Order on one single address exclude GST and Transportation cost in order to qualify as a valid referral. 

• The amount of accumulative invoice taken into consideration will exclude GST amount shown in invoice.

Receiving and Using Rewards

 

1. Referrer Reward:

• The referrer will receive a RM100 cash reward upon successful transaction.

• All transactions in relation with Feruni’s Referral program will be monitored and accumulated on the 30th of every month. 

• All referrers will be notified via email on the available cash rewards.

• RM100 cash rewards will be credited to the referrer via bank transfer to the preferred bank within 14 working days upon submission of accurate bank details by referrer.

• To ensure a smooth transfer of rewards, referrer must provide accurate bank details and identification card for verification purposes respectively.

2. Referee Reward:

• Referee will enjoy 25% discount on selected collections of Feruni tiles upon referral with a minimum purchase of RM3,000.

• All purchases are made in full carton.

• All Prices quoted are exclusive of GST.

• Promotional Items are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable. 

• Every purchase of the selected collections can only be made in a single transaction and delivered to a single address.

• The referee will be notified via SMS/email once referral is made. 

• Entitlement Details: 

1. The selected collections entitled for discount are: 

a) Fused

b) Reborn

c) Lavagna

2. Each referee will be entitled to purchase a maximum quantity of 15carton of selective Each referee will be entitled to purchase a maximum quantity of 120 pieces of the selected collections.

Participation Criteria

​

1. The eligible participant must provide full and valid details of the referral by completing the Referral Form online at www.feruni.com/referral

2. A successful referee must have a minimum purchase of RM3,000 in a single transaction in order to enjoy the discount.

3. When a successful referee makes a transaction, the referrer will be notified via both SMS and email. The cash reward will be arranged accordingly.

4. The referrer will be notified via SMS/email when the reward is appointed. Hence, the information provided must be valid in order for us to contact the referrer.

5. All participants must provide information that is valid in order to participate in the referral program.

General Terms & Conditions 

​

1. Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to decline a referral when incorrect or inaccurate information is provided.

2. If a referee is referred by multiple persons during registration, the reward will automatically be presented to the first referrer.  

3. If the accumulated amount of purchase does not meet the minimum RM3,000 required, referrers are allowed to continuously collect the referee’s purchase amount until it meets the minimum requirement of RM3,000 at any month in order to be entitled to receive the RM100 cash reward. 

4. Upon submission of information by both referrer and referee, the referrer and referee will then have agreed to allow Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd. to carry out communication, engagement and other program related activities without the disclosing the information of the referrer or referee to unrelated organizations outside of Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd.

5. Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to change, remove, and implement updates stated on the above terms and conditions without prior notice. 

6. Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to change the selected discounted products and discounts for referee(s) without prior notice.
