1. Promotion is valid from now until 10th June 2018

2. Stock availability is based on a first-come, first served basis with full payment made.

3. All purchases are to be made in full cartons.

4. Promotional items are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable.

5. Transportation charges of RM80 per trip will be imposed for purchases of RM3,000 and below (EXCEPT for Sabah, Sarawak, Cameron Highlands, Genting Highlands, Labuan and Langkawi).

6. Delivery to site excludes unloading.

7. Upon confirmation of order with full payment made, delivery should be made within 30 days failing which storage charges will be incurred.

8. Feruni Ceramiche Sdn Bhd reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms and conditions, product specifications and prices at any time without prior notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: WIN A TILE MAKEOVER

1. No purchase is required for participation in this contest.

2. The contest is open only to Legal Residents of Malaysia and Foreign Nationals aged 18 years and above as of date of entry. 

3. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd. (Feruni) employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

5. The contest will run from 19 May 2018 to 10 June 2018. 

6. Participation may be done via response to the official Win A Tile Makeover Contest Post on the Feruni Facebook Page or via a submission form at Feruni Retail Stores. Incomplete entries and / or entries received after the stipulated date will be disqualified.

7. This contest is open to all Feruni Retail Stores.

8. 8Feruni will not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate due to entries not received or for any other reason(s).

9. Each participant is only entitled to ONE entry. Multiple entries will be automatically disqualified. Entrants must specify the household and delivery address on their registration form.

10. Winners will be selected and announced on the Feruni Facebook page on 1 June 2018 and 10 June 2018. A total of 8 winners will be selected. 

11. Each winner of the Tile Over will receive a prize worth RM3,000 each. Each winner has two prize options: 

    • Prize A: RM3,000 worth of tiles of their choice, without any installation service.

    • Prize B: RM1,000 worth of tiles of their choice + Installation service worth RM2,000.​

    1. The installation service is only available for locations within Selangor and the Klang Valley. 

       • The installation service is only offered for 6 months from the date of the contest. All installation work has to be completed before 18 November 2018.

       • The installation service covers the following:

         • Tile installation on a space measuring up to 300 sq. ft.

         • Workmanship costs

         • Application of Mapei Kareflex C2 adhesive, for 300x600mm and 600x600mm tiles size only. Waterproofing not included.

12. All prizes are available via self-collection only. Should a winner not be able to collect their prize for whatever reason, the prize will be forfeited.

13.  All winners must redeem their prizes before 31 July 2018. Prizes that are not redeemed by the stipulated date shall be forfeited.

14. To claim their prize, the winner must provide their contact details (name, NRIC number, email, contact number, address). Identification, verification of identity and floor plan submitted in this registration will be required for the prize collection. Prizes can be collected at all respective Feruni Retail Stores or Feruni Premium Resellers. 

15. If the winner is unable to collect the prize personally, he / she has to issue an authorisation letter to authorise another party to collect on his / her behalf. Identification of the authorised person and the winner must be produced at the point of collection.

16.  All costs of prize collection are to be borne by the winner.

17. The judges' decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

18.  Prizes must be claimed personally with proof of identification provided in the registration form. In the event of any discrepancy between the entry received and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified and the prize forfeited.

19. Prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or other products.

20. Feruni reserves all rights to replace any of the prizes with other items of similar value without any prior notice.

21. The winner is responsible for arranging the transport, delivery and installation of his / her own prize, and all taxes, charges, levies, fees and all other charges in relation thereto.

22. The decisions of Feruni on all matters relating to this contest are final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. Feruni reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice.

Feruni and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and all others associated will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damage of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with this contest or with the acceptance or possession of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, cost, injuries, losses, or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

25. If for any reason the Contest is not able to run as planned, including due to bugs, tampering, unauthorized telephone intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Feruni that compromise or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Feruni reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.

26. Feruni assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entry.

27. Feruni accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prizes or the use thereof. Any tax filing obligation or any tax payment due to any tax authority as a result of receipt of the prizes remain the sole responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of each participant / winner to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his / her own financial situation.

28. By participating in this contest, you agree that the information provided to us may be used and disclosed by us and our affiliates, business partners and contractors (who may be based outside Malaysia) for the following purposes (not exhaustive):

    • To be re-used, re-purposed and re-published on our marketing channels (only applicable to contest entries i.e. social media comments);

    • To respond to your requests and queries;

    • To provide goods and services to you;

    • To verify and process your personal particulars and payments;

    • To communicate with you;

    • To enforce contractual and legal rights and obligations;

    • For marketing research, user profile and statistical analysis;

    • To send you information, promotions, updates, and marketing and advertising materials in relation to our goods and services and those of third-party organisations;

    • Complying with law, the requests of law enforcement and regulatory officials, or orders of court

29. The Contest shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia applicable to promotions fully carried out within Malaysia. Except where prohibited by law, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorneys' and / or experts’ fees; and winner hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages (including attorney’s fees), other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Winner acknowledges that no other party nor any agent or attorney of any other party has made any promise, representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied, not contained herein concerning the subject matter hereof, to induce the winner to execute any document and winner acknowledges that they have not executed any document in reliance on any such promise, representation or warranty not contained herein. Any waiver by Feruni and its affiliates of any term of any document in a particular instance shall not be a waiver of such term for the future. Winner agrees that the invalidity or enforceability of any part of any document shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remainder of that document.
