    About the job:

    Project management

    • Ensure updated visual information and good condition in all retail stores.

    • Plans, organises, sets up and follows up on campaign and activity to the given deadlines and make efficient use of the time allocated.

    • Coordinate and monitor work progress of subordinates at site to ensure that installation is performed properly up to the required standard and is in compliance with applicable regulations.

    • Identify complex problems at site and review related information using logic reasoning to develop alternative options and implement solutions upon discussion with team. 


    Cost Management 

    • Monitor costs and work within budget

    • Constantly find ways to increase cost efficiency

    • Manage supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability


    Requirements :

    • Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management/ Marketing or equivalent.

    • At least 1-2 years experience in related field is required for this position.

    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak in Chinese will be an added advantage.

    • Able to work independently and effectively.

    • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.

    • A reliable, responsible, and dependable person in fulfilling tasks that are being assigned. 

    • Able to read, interpret and visualise drawing such as floor plan.

    • Have excellent time management skills in order to keep up with the schedule and meet up with deadlines.

    • Required skill(s): Negotiating, Detailed-orientated, Multitasking, planning and organizational skills.

    • Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
