Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd. has the full rights and sole discretion, without prior notice, to terminate, cancel, suspend or to modify the program or the terms and conditions related and stated below.

• Promotion is valid from 21st April till 31st May 2020.

• Purchases made for promotion item and packages are not eligible to Feruni Partners points.

• Stock availability is based on first-come, first-served basis with full payment made.

• Promotional items are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable.

• All purchases to be made in full carton.

• Transportation charge of RM80 per trip will be imposed for purchases of RM3,000 and below (EXCEPT for Sabah, Sarawak, Cameron Highlands, Genting Highlands, Labuan and Langkawi).

• Delivery to site excludes unloading.

• Upon confirmation of order with full payment made, delivery should be made within 60 days, failing which storage charges will be incurred.

• Feruni Ceramiche Sdn Bhd reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms and conditions, product specifications and prices at any time without prior notice.

Mix & Match by Feruni Designers Package:

• Promotion is not available for online purchases.

• Promotional items are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable.

• Promotional items are limited to the Mix and Match by Feruni Designers package and are not interchangeable.

• Free gift/tile is only applicable upon meeting minimum purchase value for each individual package.

• Free gift/tile is non-transferrable between customers and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

• Free gift/tile is redeemable upon full payment made.

• Free gift/tile is subject to availability and Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to replace any of the free gifts with other items of similar value without any prior notice.

• 3D drawings or any drawing proposals are for illustration purpose only.

• Calculation of tiles quantity for Mix and Match by Feruni Designers package is based on estimation only. Kindly request your contractor or tiler to conduct onsite measurement for the accurate quantity of tiles required (including the allocation of sufficient wastage).

Raya Discount Promotion:

• Promotion is valid from 21st April till 31st May 2020.

• Discount is applicable only to tiles with available existing stocks on first-come, first-served basis.

• Discount is applicable only to purchases made from 20 April till 31 May 2020 with full payment made.

• Upon confirmation of order with full payment made, delivery should be made before 31st July, 2020, failing which storage charges will be incurred.

Double Value Promotion – RM300 Gift Voucher:

• Voucher is valid till 30th September, 2020.

• The RM600 value is only applicable for a minimum purchase of RM1,000 and above.

• Customer must provide proof of the Gift Voucher by showing the email notification that comes with the unique promotion code or snapshot of the notification before making payment. We will not entertain any Gift Voucher claims after the sales order has been issued.

• The promotion is applicable only to a single bill or sales order issued to a single address and a single household in a single transaction only. Additional orders are not entitled to the offer.

• Voucher is not refundable or exchangeable with other gifts or cash.

• Balance of voucher value will be void and expired voucher is strictly not entertained.

• All participants of this promotion will not be able to participate in Feruni Ambassador, Feruni Partners, Feruni Referral or any other Feruni rewards-based program.
