1. Feruni Warehouse Clearance is valid from 14 December – 16 December 2018.

2. Stock availability is based on first-come, first-served basis with full payment made.

3. All purchases to be made in full carton.

4. All goods that are purchased are required to be collected before 22 December 2018.

5. Upon confirmation of order with full payment made, collection should be made within 7 days failing which storage charges will be incurred.

6. Offers and discounted pricing are applicable at the Warehouse Clearance only at the following locations: FRS Tebrau 3, FRS Kota Kinabalu, FRS Petaling Jaya Warehouse and Feruni Kapar Warehouse. Warehouse Clearance is not applicable for any ongoing promotion or online purchases.

7. Items sold are on an “As Is” basis and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non- returnable.

8. Transportation charge of RM80 per trip will be imposed for purchases of RM3,000 and below (EXCEPT for Sabah, Sarawak, Cameron Highlands, Genting Highlands, Labuan and Langkawi).

9. Delivery to site excludes unloading.

10. Feruni Ceramiche Sdn Bhd reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms and conditions, product specifications and prices at any time without prior notice.

11. Feruni will not bear or entertain any complaint for purchases made at the Warehouse Clearance.

 

Membership Points/ Feruni Partner Points:

1. No Feruni Partner points will be awarded for all purchases made at the Warehouse Clearance.

2. No points redemption, gift cards or voucher will be allowed/accepted at the Warehouse Clearance.

 

Commercial Grade Tiles:

1. Commercial grade tiles are defined as:

   • Tiles which are commonly known as 2nd grade tiles.

   • Tiles which do not pass the manufacturer's QC or tiles which may have slight defects, consisting of:

     • Shading – variation of shades

     • Sizing – different sizing

     • Chipping – slight chipping at the edge or corner of tiles

     • Lippage – tiles are concaved or convexed

2. Goods sold are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable.

3. Feruni will not bear or entertain any complaint for purchases made on 2nd grade tiles.
