★All sales items cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase.
★This promotion is subject to stock availability, which will be allocated on a “first-come, first-served basis” with full payment made.
★There may be slight variation in sizes and shades, which are inherent characteristics of ceramics tiles due to the kiln firing in the manufacturing process. You are advised to check the tiles by dry laying the natural tile colours and sizes to avoid any problems.
★We will not entertain any requests for compensation for hacking, re-installation and transportation costs if the tiles have been laid or installed. Kindly address complaints, if any, pertaining to the purchased products to our solution consultant before the tiles are laid.
★You are advised to ensure that the adhesive cement is used in the tiling process and that there are no colour discrepancies before tiles are laid out. Complaints after this process will not be entertained.
★All 2nd grade items are not entitled to quality assurance. Hence, complaints pertaining to quality will not be entertained.
★If the sales stock is not available due to breakages after confirmation order and payment, excess payment will be refunded accordingly.
★Upon confirmation of order with full payment made, delivery should be made within 30 days failing which storage charges will be incurred.
★Calculations of tiles quantity is only an estimation. We are not liable or undertake the responsibility for any discrepancies in tiles quantity estimation.
★Transportation to site excludes labour for unloading. Our unloading service is limited to car porch area for landed property or to loading area for high-rise property.
★Transportation charges will be incurred for purchases below RM3,000. The charges will be charged according to the delivery area.
